Job summary

The Government Property Agency (GPA) is seeking a senior Workplace Services Change and Integration Manager to join the newly formed Business Integration team within the Workplace Portfolio Management directorate in Cardiff.

You will lead cross-directorate change, shape change frameworks and tools, and drive major transformation initiatives affecting digital workplaces, estate moves and service delivery models.

Qualifications

• Experience leading major transformation programmes.
• Ability to shape change frameworks and tooling (impact assessment, delivery methods).
• Proven track record in recruiting and line-managing teams.
