Job summary

ACS Performance is seeking a Chief Financial Officer for a rapidly scaling, technology-led business in South London with hybrid working. The role focuses on commercial finance, FP&A leadership and strategic influence alongside the CEO and board.

You will build forecasting, dashboards and the finance function, while shaping growth, pricing and investment decisions. Equity options accompany the package.

• Commercially minded with a clear view of value creation and risk
• Strong FP&A, modelling, forecasting and scenario planning
• Hands-on and willing to build and solve issues
• Technology-focused with interest in AI and automation in finance
• Excellent communicator to boards, founders and investors
• Commercially engaged, working with clients and partners
• Pragmatic about process — knowing when it adds value and when it slows you down

Responsibilities

• Act as the CEO's key partner across financial, commercial and strategic matters
• Bring financial rigour and commercial insight to growth and investment decisions
• Support major commercial negotiations, including pricing and economics behind new clients
• Build and own budgeting, forecasting and FP&A functions
• Develop forward-looking Board and investor reporting for better decisions
• Establish KPIs and dashboards linking operations to financial outcomes
• Own cash flow, capex, working capital and scenario planning
• Lead and develop the finance team and processes for a scaling business
