Job summary

Reboot Monkey, a leading provider of innovative data center solutions, seeks a dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead all financial operations and drive sustainable growth. You will report to the CEO and collaborate with the executive team on budgeting, forecasting, reporting, risk management and compliance.

Key duties include shaping financial strategy, managing investments and FP&A, overseeing accounting and reporting, treasury, risk, and M&A.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or equivalent are highly desirable.
• In-depth knowledge of corporate finance, accounting principles, financial modeling, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company's financial strategy to support growth and profitability.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to the CEO and leadership team.
• Lead and mentor the finance department to foster accountability and continuous improvement.
• Oversee investments, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS and internal policies; manage treasury and risk.
