Job summary

Reboot Monkey seeks a dynamic Chief Financial Officer to lead all financial operations and drive sustainable growth. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, reporting, risk management, and investment strategies while aligning with long-term goals.

The role reports to the CEO and partners with the executive team to provide strategic financial leadership and governance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years in senior financial management roles.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or equivalent highly desirable.
• Deep knowledge of corporate finance, accounting, financial modeling, and risk management.
• Strong leadership and management skills with stakeholder influence.
• Experience in technology or infrastructure sectors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company's financial strategy to support growth and profitability.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to CEO and leadership team.
• Lead and mentor the finance department to foster accountability and continuous improvement.
• Oversee investments, asset allocation, performance analysis, and risk assessment.
• Lead FP&A, including forecasts, budgets, and long-term plans.
• Oversee accounting, financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls.
• Manage risk, regulatory compliance, treasury, and cash flow strategies.
• Engage with investors, banks, and analysts; report to Board and external parties.
• Lead M&A activities including due diligence, valuation, and integration.
