Job summary

The role focuses on developing category strategies, leading negotiations and establishing robust commercial agreements aligned with business needs.

You will work with stakeholders and suppliers to drive value, manage risk and support strategic objectives while navigating regulatory considerations.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial acumen and sourcing leadership experience.
• Experience leading sourcing and negotiation activity across supplier markets.
• Understanding of supplier markets, commercial models and contractual considerations.
• High level stakeholder management with credibility and influence.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with ability to provide commercial advice.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end commercial activity across a broad portfolio of HR Services, Financial Services and Marketing suppliers.
• Develop and implement category strategies aligned to business needs and lead sourcing and negotiation activity.
• Establish robust commercial agreements that manage commercial, operational and regulatory considerations.
• Provide commercial guidance and market insight to support sourcing decisions and supplier strategies.
• Work with suppliers to drive performance, manage risk and support delivery of business objectives.
