• Proven strategic category management experience in procurement.
• Experience running tenders and competitions per public sector rules.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influence skills.
• Track record of delivering value through supplier collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead nominated category areas and supplier contracts to deliver efficiencies.
• Manage end-to-end sourcing projects with value-for-money outcomes.
• Ensure procurement compliance across the portfolio.
• Lead supplier engagement during tender processes and contract life cycle.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders to align with business plans.
• Conduct market research on suppliers, markets and frameworks.
• Identify routes to market and value-adding procurement options.
• Highlight procurement value opportunities through strategic reviews.
