Bramwith Consulting is seeking a Strategic Category Manager - Ingredients for a market-leading FMCG/Food business based in Central London (Hybrid). This role offers a salary of up to £70,000 plus a 10% bonus.

This is a unique opportunity to join a thriving multi-national company responsible for many loved food products across Europe. The role involves sourcing ingredients and agricultural commodities, driving innovation and sustainability, and shaping procurement strategies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end ingredients procurement, developing category strategies, managing supply chain risks, and collaborating with NPD teams to bring new products to market. Building strong supplier relationships and driving value through supply chain synergies are key aspects of the role.

Requirements include at least 3 years of procurement experience within food ingredients, commodities, or related industries, strong negotiation skills, and experience in risk management and stakeholder engagement. A proactive, passionate approach to innovation and sustainability is essential.
