Qualifications

• Essential: 5+ years with front end Category Strategy.
• Experience in one or more strategically important category areas.
• Lethality (Weapons) experience is required.
• Marine experience (shipbuilding, Fleet support) is relevant.

Responsibilities

• Champion category management across categories and deliver plans.
• Define category scope, deliverables, timelines, and budget.
• Produce category workstream plans with risk and quality.
• Identify stakeholders and align future business needs.
• Develop market intelligence and industry engagement.
• Support implementation of category strategy through sourcing and supplier management.
