Job summary

mydentist is seeking a Career Development Pathway Leader to shape and own the organization's Learning & Development pathways. You will partner with Operations and the People Leadership Team to build scalable career tracks, define promotion opportunities, and manage the budget for upskilling across the network.

You will lead the pathway with governance, measurement, and external connections to keep our offering current, supporting career conversations and continuous learning across a leading

Qualifications

• Extensive experience setting learning strategy and leading learning teams.
• Experience owning high-risk or high-cost portfolios and budgets with multiple senior stakeholders.
• CIPD Level 5 L&D qualification (Level 7 desirable).

Responsibilities

• Define career pathways with key stakeholders and align with the 5-year plan and L&D Strategy.
• Own the further study policy and budget, upskilling colleagues and widening access.
• Set annual pathway plan, priorities and design/launch standards.
• Lead stakeholder strategy and present plans to senior leadership.
• Governance the pathway with timely delivery and clear sign-offs.
• Measure ROI and report L&D data to senior stakeholders for agile decisions.
