University of Southampton is seeking an experienced Domestic Services Support Manager to lead the day-to-day delivery of cleaning services. You will provide operational oversight across five campuses and manage a workforce of around 150 colleagues across multiple shift patterns.

The role focuses on ensuring safe, efficient, and responsive services while supporting the Domestic Services Manager on strategic improvements and service development.

Responsabilités

• Provide operational leadership across five geographically distinct campuses and oversee a workforce of ~150 colleagues across four shift patterns.
• Monitor standards and performance, respond to operational issues, and coordinate resources to ensure service levels are met.
• Support the Domestic Services Manager by enabling strategic and service-development activity and driving continuous improvement.
• Build constructive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels to maintain high standards across the estate.
