Job summary

Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead is seeking a Communications and Campaigns Officer to join the Communications team, delivering campaigns across waste, environment and community safety. This full-time, permanent role offers hybrid working and a salary in line with the council.

You will create engaging content for digital and print channels, provide expert communications advice, support media relations, and use audience insights to drive measurable outcomes for residents and communities.

Qualifications

• A communications professional with experience delivering campaigns in the public sector or similarly complex organisations.
• Exceptional communicator and storyteller who can translate complex information into clear content.
• Strong digital and creative skills with experience creating content for multiple platforms.
• Organised and proactive – able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
