Job summary

Fluidic Ltd seeks a Business Development Manager to drive growth from Warrington. You will lead lead generation, manage accounts, and engage new clients, working with marketing and attending trade shows. Occasional overnight travel within Northern England and Wales is expected.

You will also supervise the internal sales team in Warrington and coordinate with senior management. A strong telephone manner and face-to-face sales skills are essential, plus supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth through lead generation, account management and new client engagement
• Develop business with marketing, attend trade shows and networking events
• Visit clients and travel within Northern England/Wales as needed
• Manage internal Warrington sales team and liaise with senior management
• Maintain CRM with accurate market and account data
• Conduct market research to identify new project leads
