Job summary

Blue Legal are partnering with a leading international law firm recruiting for a Business Development Executive to join their London team.

The role offers an excellent opportunity to support a broad range of marketing and business development initiatives across key sectors, including Technology & Innovation, Energy & Infrastructure, HealthTech & Life Sciences, and Finance, working closely with colleagues across the firm's global network.

Qualifications

• Two to three years' marketing and business development experience, ideally in professional services.
• Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns, pitches and proposals, events and broader BD initiatives.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships across levels.

Responsibilities

• Draft and coordinate pitches, RFP responses, panel appointments and proposal documents.
• Support integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print and social media.
• Coordinate marketing content across the firm's website and social channels.
• Support development of thought leadership initiatives and client briefings.
• Assist with client development initiatives for strategic clients.
• Coordinate legal directory and award submissions (Chambers, Legal 500) and gather information.
• Organise and deliver London office events, coordinating logistics and post-event follow-up.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and track lawyers' BD activity.
• Input deal experience across core practice areas for BD intelligence.
• Provide guidance on social media best practices and profile optimisation.
