Job summary

Counter Terrorism Policing is seeking a Business Design Analyst - Change to join the HQ Change Pillar. You will use data and operational knowledge to analyse problems, design evidence-based solutions, and influence strategic decisions across the CT landscape.

You will collaborate with a wide range of public sector stakeholders, supporting and shaping the future organisational design and transformation efforts within CTPHQ.

Qualifications

• Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis to support evidence-based decision-making and risk management.
• Experience of undertaking analytical activity using formal methodologies and approaches to provide concise recommendations.
• Solutions-oriented, innovative, forward-thinking approach to complex challenges.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to define organisational problems, design appropriate solutions, and determine the impact on CTP’s operating model.
• Support the translation of complex problems into simple narratives to achieve broad business consensus.
• Lead in organising workshops, stakeholder engagement and other relevant meetings and boards.
• Proactively help mature the business design practice and develop new approaches.
