Job summary

Metropolitan Police Counter Terrorism Policing Headquarters in West Brompton is seeking a skilled Business Design Analyst - Change (Band C). The role focuses on using data and insights to shape organisational design and drive transformational change within CT Policing.

You will collaborate with public-sector stakeholders, manage workshops, and contribute to the evolution of the Business Design practice. A structured training programme with development opportunities is provided.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to define organisational problems, design appropriate solutions, and determine the impact of both on CTP’s operating model.
• Support the translation of complex organisational problems and solutions into simple compelling narratives that achieve broad business consensus.
• Lead in the organisation of workshops, stakeholder engagement and other relevant meetings and boards.
• Proactively assist in maturing the business design practice, expanding your own and others’ skillset, providing assurance, and developing new approaches.
