Meraki Talent are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a global organisation for the position of Strategic Business Consultant.

The firm

A global organisation with offices spread across the UK. They offer Outsourced Financial Services to a range of clients including multinational global corporations to local mid-tier Scottish businesses also working closely with businesses going through periods of change, growth, and distress.

What you will be doing

• Managing month-end processes and producing tailored management reports.
• Providing proactive analysis and commercial insight to clients.
• Advising on accounting treatments and day-to-day transactions.
• Maintain fixed asset register- processing invoices, calculating, and posting depreciation journals
• Preparation of mid-month client packs and dealing with any queries directly with the client

Looking for

• Qualified Accountant or qualified by experience
• Strong technical accounting knowledge, UK GAAP, and IFRS experience
• A proactive, adaptable and solutions focused mindset
• Committed to delivering against tight deadlines and in line with regulatory standards
