The Business Consultant supports the definition, analysis and delivery of business-led change within secure public organisations.

Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis and change within defence or secure public-sector programmes.
• Ability to translate between business and technical audiences.
• Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Familiarity with secure environments and governance processes.
• Experience with cross-government, multi-agency stakeholders.
• Proficient in agile and traditional delivery approaches.

Responsabilités

• Elicit, analyse and document business, operational and user requirements.
• Facilitate workshops with operational users, technical teams and senior stakeholders.
• Produce requirements documentation, process maps, user stories, use cases and artefacts.
• Assess current and target operating models; identify gaps, impacts and improvements.
• Translate operational needs into actionable requirements and support assessment of solution options.
• Develop and coordinate business change, adoption, communications and training.
• Support testing, acceptance, transition and business readiness, maintaining traceability through to delivered outcomes.
• Engage stakeholders, manage dependencies and support benefits realisation and adoption measurement.
