Job summary

Chess Dynamics Ltd seeks a Business Analyst to identify opportunities to improve processes, systems and ways of working across the business. Working with engineering, operations and programmes teams, the analyst will gather requirements, support change initiatives and help deliver solutions that boost efficiency, quality and performance.

You will create dashboards and reports, map processes, build business cases, and facilitate workshops while ensuring alignment with security clearance

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst or similar analytical role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to understand challenges, objectives and requirements.
• Analyse current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Gather, document and validate business and functional requirements.
• Interrogate business systems to produce dashboards and reports.
• Develop process maps, business cases and supporting documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, finance and IT to design solutions.
• Support change projects from concept through implementation.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder reviews.
• Monitor progress, risks and dependencies and escalate issues.
• Assist with UAT and training for internal systems.
• Develop reports and analyse data to provide business insights.
• Promote continuous improvement and best practices.
