• Significant business analysis experience across complex, high-impact projects.
• Experience working in higher education.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Knowledge of demand management and portfolio management principles.
• Understanding of benefits management and realisation approaches.
• Strong requirements elicitation, modelling and documentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead discovery, analysis and definition of business needs and opportunities.
• Shape demand proposals with evidence and alignment to priorities.
• Facilitate workshops to capture and validate requirements.
• Produce business cases with options, costs, benefits and risks.
• Evaluate proposed solutions against business needs and value.
• Collaborate with architects to align initiatives with standards and roadmaps.
• Develop current/future-state process models and capability assessments.
• Define and quantify expected benefits and realisation plans.
• Conduct market and organisational research to identify improvements.
• Support portfolio decisions with impact, costs and dependencies.
