Job summary

Barclays is seeking a Business Technology Partner based at our Glasgow Campus to act as the strategic link between the Enterprise Data Platform (EDP) and business stakeholders. You will guide high-level solution and architecture decisions, influence roadmaps, and drive platform adoption with senior leaders across cloud, data and analytics capabilities.

This role requires strong enterprise-architecture understanding, cloud experience, and excellent stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Experience partnering with Business, Operations, and Technology teams within Financial Services to deliver key design artefacts and support end-to-end change initiatives
• Strong experience managing interlocks, dependencies, and risks across complex cloud-based environments
• Product or platform ownership experience, including driving strategy, prioritisation, and delivery

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile Planning and Events: ensure readiness across scope, content and logistics to deliver value
• Support Planning Execution: monitor planning execution and synchronize events
• Coach Cross-Team Agile: coach teams and Scrum Masters on cross-team agile principles
• Mitigate Risks: identify and track cross-team dependencies and risks
• Stakeholder Management: facilitate stakeholder collaboration and drive alignment
• Champion Ways of Working: promote Agile culture and safe environment
• Coordinate Interlock and Dependency Management: drive partnership across teams for release management
• Optimise Flow: monitor delivery status and address bottlenecks
• Metrics and Reporting: track key metrics for leadership governance and continuous improvement
