Job summary

Hackajob Ltd. seeks a Business Technology Partner based in Glasgow to act as the strategic link between the Enterprise Data Platform and key business stakeholders. You will partner with senior leaders to understand priorities, provide high-level solution and architecture guidance, and influence platform roadmaps.

You will drive platform adoption, support long-term business value, and coordinate cross-team Agile planning in a fast-paced financial services–aligned environment.

Qualifications

• Experience partnering with Business, Operations and Technology teams in large organisations.
• Proven ability to manage interlocks, dependencies and risks across cloud environments.
• Product or platform ownership experience, including strategy, prioritisation and delivery.
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies and data principles (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Experience with governance activities and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Product Owner experience with cloud platforms, tools or infra products.
• Ability to shape strategy, requirements and recommendations for change.

Requirements

• Proven experience partnering with Business, Operations, and Technology teams within Financial Services to deliver key design artefacts and support end-to-end change initiatives aligned to business outcomes and value.
• Strong experience managing interlocks, dependencies, and risks across complex cloud-based environments.
• Product or platform ownership experience, including driving strategy, prioritisation, and delivery.
• Good understanding of cloud technologies and data principles such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, or experience delivering large-scale migration programmes.
• Strong project governance capabilities, with experience prioritising and managing multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Product Owner experience, particularly with cloud platforms, tools, or infrastructure products.
• Ability to contribute to or set strategy, drive requirements, and make recommendations for change.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and negotiating skills.
