• Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, manage multiple deadlines, and maintain high‑quality outputs.

• Strong written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear, compelling, and accessible way.

Responsibilities

• Writing and developing technical bid responses, ensuring compliance with ITT requirements and timescales.
• Incorporate local knowledge, evidence, and Turner & Townsend brand-aligned writing style to ensure responses are targeted, compelling, and aligned to client needs.
• Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a consistent and coherent final submission aligned to scoring criteria.
• Lead content planning sessions and storyboarding to structure major responses.
• Ensure submissions are prepared for internal quality assurance and governance processes.
• Analyse completed bids to identify high‑scoring content and contribute to the development of a best‑practice response library.
• Contribute openly to the team with ideas and innovations to support continuous improvement.
