Job summary

Pick Everard is seeking an experienced Bid Writer or Senior Bid Writer to join its national Bid Team in Manchester. You will craft compelling technical and non-technical tender responses, coordinate bid writing, and support internal bid management processes.

You will review opportunities, design answer plans, and guide Assistant Bid Writers. A degree and APMP qualification are preferred, with strong MS Office skills and a collaborative approach.

Qualifications

• 12+ months' bid writing, tender or proposal experience.

Responsibilities

• Write technical and non-technical tender responses.
• Coordinate the writing process for bids of varying priority.
• Support bid management processes and coach junior writers.
• Review opportunities and craft compelling content for reuse.
