Job summary

The National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health (NEBOSH) in Leicester is seeking a Senior Specialist (Strategy and Benefits) to join the Strategy and Governance team on a permanent, full-time, hybrid basis. You will help track strategic progress and realise the benefits for the organisation.

The role involves supporting the Executive team, coordinating a benefits register, and preparing minutes for executive meetings, while working with governance to refine policies.

Qualifications

• Experience as PA or Senior Office support to Directors.
• Experience providing admin support in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to recognise, prioritise and handle sensitive information.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to prioritise workload.
• Ability to attend meetings in person and take minutes.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Executive team on managing and reporting on the strategic building blocks
• Coordinate the development of an annual benefits register
• Support Executive Action Team meetings, creating agendas, minutes and monitoring actions
• Work closely with the wider governance team to support the area
• Review applicable policies and procedures, suggesting changes where required
