  • Proficiency in scripting languages
  • Experience with coding
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Genuine passion for technology and positive impact
  • Familiarity with CRM, booking engines, or hospitality software
  • Experience with Webflow, WordPress, or CMS platforms
  • Background in sustainable businesses

What’s in it for you?

  • 1 free night stay at any of our properties per year, with a generous employee discount thereafter
  • Competitive salary and discretionary bonus scheme
  • Loyalty rewards and referral bonuses
  • 2 paid volunteer days per year and annual fundraisers for charities aligned to our core pillars
  • Additional annual leave with length of service
  • Cycle to work scheme and use of gym facilities in our hotels
  • Access to activity workshops and an Employee Assistance Programme
  • Personal development programmes and opportunities to grow

People, Places, Planet
You'll lead the transformation of our technology and future ways of working, managing a small team of developers.
