Job summary

Pro-Recruitment's client in Southampton is seeking an experienced Audit Partner to join one of the UK's leading professional services firms. You will lead high-integrity audit engagements, develop long-term client relationships across the South Coast and help shape the practice's strategy.

You will act as a trusted adviser to boards and executive teams, mentor future leaders, and drive collaboration across Audit, Tax and Advisory teams while growing the client portfolio.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with RI status.
• Extensive audit experience within a professional services environment.
• Strong commercial and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to grow client portfolios and win new business.
• Experience leading large teams and complex engagements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen relationships with audit clients and key stakeholders.
• Act as a trusted adviser to boards, executive teams and key stakeholders.
• Identify new market opportunities and drive revenue growth.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality audit engagements.
• Develop and mentor future leaders within the practice.
• Champion collaboration across Audit, Tax and Advisory teams.
