Job summary

Phoenix Primary School is seeking an analytical Attendance and Admissions Lead to join our welcoming, values-led community. You will shape attendance strategy, oversee the admissions experience for prospective families, and contribute to safeguarding leadership as a Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead.

Working with the Headteacher and a multidisciplinary team, you will use attendance data to identify emerging concerns, coordinate timely support, and drive sustained improvement in attendance,

Qualifications

Experience leading attendance, admissions and family engagement within a school context.
Ability to analyse attendance data and coordinate targeted interventions.
Strong safeguarding mindset with ability to lead a Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead role.

Responsibilities

Lead the school's attendance strategy and improve student engagement.
Oversee admissions for prospective and new families to ensure a smooth process.
Contribute to safeguarding leadership as Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead.
Coordinate integrated family support with the Inclusion Manager and pastoral team.
