The role reports to the Head of Finance within Corporate Services and focuses on delivering high‑quality management information and accounting outputs.

Qualifications

• CCAB qualification or CFA with post-qualification experience.
• Experience in finance within housing/property/construction and/or large organisations.
• Strong accounting standards and financial reporting knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial support and partner with budget holders to deliver insights.
• Assist in preparation of management and statutory accounts and KPIs.
• Mentor junior colleagues and supervise the finance team to ensure quality outputs.
• Support review and improvement of finance processes and regulatory compliance.
