Strategic Alliances Manager (EMEA) - Contact Center

This individual contributor role focuses on expanding partnerships with AWS, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and other emerging strategic alliances. The goal is to increase consideration of Zoom's CX platform through these partnerships, which will lead to a higher pipeline and more revenue. The role involves identifying, recruiting, onboarding, and expanding partnerships to generate revenue for Zoom's CCaaS platform. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of the CX market and will collaborate with global and EMEA partnership teams to ensure a unified strategy that accelerates adoption, aligns partners, and supports revenue growth.
