Strategic Alliances Manager – High-Growth SaaS / HR Tech

Location: Hybrid – 3 days a week in London

Type: Full-Time

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Source and develop new alliance and reseller partnerships, building a pipeline and onboarding high-potential partners.
  • Lead resellers through onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition and setup for success.
  • Drive new business growth via resellers, setting targets, monitoring performance, and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Act as the primary commercial contact, managing co-marketing, training, feedback, and sales support.
  • Maintain strong, proactive relationships with resellers, addressing issues and aligning with their business goals.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in enterprise sales, partner management, or strategic alliances, driving end-to-end business growth and long-term relationships.
  • Skilled in co-marketing, co-selling, sales enablement, and sourcing new partnerships.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and executive relationship-building abilities.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and effective both independently and in cross-functional teams.
  • Start-up experience is a plus.
