Job summary

Pontoon Solutions is seeking a Business Agility Lead to partner with senior Product, Technology and Business leaders. You’ll guide large cross-functional teams, embed sustainable agile practices, and influence delivery at a strategic level while focusing on value delivery to customers and colleagues.

The role operates in a hybrid UK setting (London, Bristol or Yorkshire) with two days onsite per week and an initial 6-month contract with potential extension.

Qualifications

Proven experience coaching senior leaders and influencing executives.
Track record of improving delivery performance across large delivery teams.
Experience using data and metrics to drive agile change.

Responsibilities

Coaching senior leaders, product teams and technology teams on agile principles and ways of working.
Supporting large delivery teams to improve effectiveness, efficiency, predictability and value delivery.
Driving mindset and culture change through customer-centric and product-led thinking.
Using delivery metrics, data and insights to identify opportunities for improvement and solve complex delivery challenges.
Improving team productivity, delivery cadence and data quality.
Standing up new agile teams and advising on frameworks, methodologies and tools.
