The Enterprise Accounts team is responsible for establishing trusted partnerships with our most important customers. Our team does this by leveraging our unparalleled breadth, scale, and competitive differentiation through value-added services and solutions, working in close collaboration with Operating Units (OUs), Integrated Health Solutions (IHS) Functions, and Centre of Excellence (CoEs) to enhance customer experience.

A Day in the Life
• Develop and maintain Medtronic business strategic relationship at the Senior/C-Suite level with Enterprise accounts in Wales.
• Develop and lead high-performance account teams and managing account-level operating mechanisms.
• Create and execute plans for Enterprise accounts, deliver expected growth objectives, add value to customers and improve customer experience.
• Work in strong collaboration and partnership with local OUs, IHS, and other Medtronic stakeholders to lead change and maximise opportunities in Enterprise accounts.
• Manage pricing and tender agreement, for the targeted strategic accounts and customers, along with the achievement of account and customer KPIs, AOP planning, and execution.

Must Haves
• Bachelor’s degree
• Previous successful experience working in a regulated industry in Medical Device, Healthcare, or Pharma in a multinational environment with a significant matrix component
• Extensive customer and market knowledge, ability to anticipate changes, and help to address unmet customer needs
• Proven ability to develop and establish long-term strategic relationships and alliances with key internal and external stakeholders develop sustainable business growth
• High level communication and presentations skills
