Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Strategic Account Manager capable of leading and driving significant revenue growth within high-value accounts. This role requires a strategic thinker and relationship builder who can engage with C-suite executives and senior stakeholders to deliver exceptional value.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Leadership: Drive the strategic direction and growth of key accounts, achieve sales targets, and maintain strong client relationships.
  2. Business Development: Identify and develop new opportunities within existing accounts, leveraging a consultative approach to foster growth.
  3. Executive Engagement: Build relationships at the highest levels within client organizations, acting as a trusted advisor.
  4. Market Insight: Stay ahead of industry trends and customer needs, providing insights to influence client strategies.
  5. High-Impact Engagement: Maintain proactive engagement through tailored communication, including in-person visits.
  6. CRM Mastery: Use Salesforce.com to manage client interactions, track engagement, and analyze data.
  7. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead collaboration across global teams to support client needs.
