Job summary

Future Recruitment Ltd. is recruiting for a Sales Account Manager to join a Manchester-based team in the signage and graphics sector.

You will manage an existing portfolio of clients, act as the primary contact from enquiry through delivery, and identify opportunities to grow accounts through upsell and cross-sell. You will collaborate with production and project teams, provide quotations and project updates, maintain CRM records, and help the commercial team meet revenue targets through

Qualifications

Experience in signage, graphics, or large format print account management.
Strong communication, organisation and client service skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple live projects effectively.
Team-oriented, positive, proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

Manage and nurture an existing portfolio of clients within signage, large format print and graphics.
Act as a key liaison between clients, production, and project teams to ensure seamless delivery.
Provide quotations, project updates, and ongoing support throughout the order cycle.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
Ensure a high level of customer service and maintain strong, long‑term relationships.
Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and reporting.
Support the wider commercial team to deliver revenue targets.
