Our global Sales team is growing! We are seeking a highly motivated Strategic Account Manager to join our global Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing key client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and develop relationships with key strategic accounts.
  2. Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and drive new business development.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
  4. Monitor market trends and provide strategic insights to clients to help them navigate challenges and seize opportunities.
  5. Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  6. Domestic and international travel will be required in order to support our global clients.
  7. Proven experience in account management, preferably within the B2B or professional services sector.
  8. Strong understanding of the metals, mining, or fertilizers industries is a plus.
  9. Strong understanding of market dynamics and the ability to provide strategic advice.
  10. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  11. Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts effectively.
  12. A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  13. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
