About this role

Our Grocery Strategic Accounts team has become a vital part of our UK strategy, forming impactful partnerships with top brands and onboarding thousands of grocery sites nationwide. As a team member, you'll lead strategic initiatives for key partners, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Your role involves shaping strategies and providing insights for mutual growth.

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day and strategic aspects of several Grocery and Retail partner relationships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Delivery, Marketing, and Operations
  • Conduct regular performance reviews with partners
  • Develop and execute annual business plans
  • Manage trading performance through plans, promotions, and joint business initiatives
  • Track sales performance and manage budgets and forecasts
  • Support smaller brand accounts
Candidate requirements:
  • Proven Key Account Management experience, preferably in Grocery/Retail
  • Strong understanding of the UK online Grocery market
  • Experience analyzing data and managing trade performance
  • Ability to grow accounts through joint business plans and upselling
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills
  • Commercial acumen with negotiation skills
  • Strong relationship-building skills
