The Strategic Account Manager will lead growth, renewal, and expansion efforts across a portfolio of ~25 high-value enterprise customers. In this highly collaborative and strategic role, you’ll own key relationships, drive adoption and outcomes, and act as the central point of accountability for customer health, revenue performance, and long-term success.
Success in this role means you are deeply attuned to customer health, have a sharp eye on expansion opportunities—especially as they relate to Agentic AI, and consistently deliver measurable business impact through close alignment with Services, Support, and Customer Success teams.
