The Role

As a Strategic Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key clients while identifying new business opportunities. You’ll take a consultative sales approach, offering tailored IT solutions that drive digital transformation. From account management to business development, this role is crucial in expanding the company’s market presence.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Account Management – Maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients, acting as their primary point of contact for all IT solutions.
Business Growth – Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts and drive new business acquisitions.
Consultative Selling – Understand client needs and propose tailored IT solutions, including Internal Managed Services offering specific to this client
Sales Strategy Execution – Develop and implement strategies to maximise revenue and client retention.
Pipeline Management – Track opportunities through the sales funnel, ensuring timely deal closures.
Collaboration – Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, pre-sales, and technical teams, to deliver seamless solutions.
Achieving Targets – Meet and exceed sales KPIs, contributing to overall business success.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in sales, ideally in IT solutions, MSP/CSP, or technology sales.
Strong business development and account management skills, with a focus on strategic partnerships.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
A results-driven mindset with a history of exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
Knowledge of IT services, cloud solutions, or managed services is a plus.
