As a Strategic Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key clients while identifying new business opportunities. You’ll take a consultative sales approach, offering tailored IT solutions that drive digital transformation. From account management to business development, this role is crucial in expanding the company’s market presence.
️ Account Management – Maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients, acting as their primary point of contact for all IT solutions.
️ Business Growth – Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts and drive new business acquisitions.
️ Consultative Selling – Understand client needs and propose tailored IT solutions, including Internal Managed Services offering specific to this client
️ Sales Strategy Execution – Develop and implement strategies to maximise revenue and client retention.
️ Pipeline Management – Track opportunities through the sales funnel, ensuring timely deal closures.
️ Collaboration – Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, pre-sales, and technical teams, to deliver seamless solutions.
️ Achieving Targets – Meet and exceed sales KPIs, contributing to overall business success.
Proven experience in sales, ideally in IT solutions, MSP/CSP, or technology sales.
Strong business development and account management skills, with a focus on strategic partnerships.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
A results-driven mindset with a history of exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
Knowledge of IT services, cloud solutions, or managed services is a plus.
