The Role

As an experienced Strategic Account Executive, you will drive new business growth within enterprise and mid-market accounts across the UK. This is a rare opportunity to join a category-defining company, selling a market-leading SaaS platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to identify, engage, and close new business opportunities within assigned accounts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including CIOs, Heads of R&D, and innovation leaders in biotech organizations.
  • Guide prospects through complex sales cycles, demonstrating a deep understanding of their challenges and how the platform can drive impact.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including customer success, product, and marketing, to ensure seamless implementation and long-term client success.
  • Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets, contributing to the company’s expansion and market dominance.
What Does Success Look Like?
  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to biotech organizations, helping them modernize and optimize their R&D processes.
  • Successfully close high-value enterprise deals, contributing to revenue growth.
  • Leverage a well-defined sales playbook to navigate complex enterprise sales cycles efficiently.
  • Build a robust pipeline of both large-scale and emerging biotech companies, ensuring consistent performance.
  • Collaborate with a high-performing team, sharing insights and best practices to elevate the sales function.
