Job summary

Kao is seeking a Supply Planner – Third Party Manufacturing to lead short- to mid-term supply planning, ensuring on-time, in-full delivery while optimising inventory, capacity and costs. You will manage supply schedules, materials readiness and plan adherence, proactively resolving constraints and driving continuous improvement.

You will work with Sourcing, Quality, Customer Service and other functions to support launches, promotions and market availability, requiring strong stakeholder

Qualifications

• Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience.
• 2-3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally cosmetics/toiletries/FMCG.
• SAP experience within a supply and production environment, with good understanding of MRP.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end 3PM operations and optimise ROI while using supplier storage with minimal cost impact.
• Collaborate with internal departments (Sourcing, NPD, R&D, Logistics) to align expectations and support revenue.
• Manage vendor forward requirements, supply plans and placement of POs for finished goods and components.
• Support new product launches and range reviews ensuring timely availability across markets.
