Description :

This role is for a subsidiary of Bright & Duggan Group. Cambridge Management Services (CMS) is a leading provider of professional facilities, strata, and property management services across eastern Australia. With a focus on exceptional service, CMS delivers tailored solutions, from managing daily operations to maintaining facilities and ensuring compliance. We prioritize transparency, efficiency, and long-term value for clients, positioning ourselves as industry leaders in facilities, strata, and building management.

About the role :

  1. Manage the day-to-day operations of strata properties, including budgeting, maintenance, repairs, and meetings.
  2. Provide advice and services to clients based on accurate analysis of various concerns about properties and other issues.
  3. Ensure compliance with strata legislation and bylaws.
  4. Coordinate with property owners, tenants, and contractors to resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  5. Prepare and present reports to committees.
  6. Organize and facilitate strata committee meetings and general meetings.
  7. Maintain accurate records and documentation for the portfolio.
  8. Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external clients.
  9. Work as part of the strata services team.

About You :

  1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in strata management.
  2. Hold relevant Strata License and certifications.
  3. Strong knowledge of strata and related legislation (e.g., fire, WHS, QBCC).
  4. Experience managing complex schemes.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  8. Leadership skills to develop team members.
  9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
  10. Flexible working options, including hybrid arrangements.
