Kion Group is seeking a dedicated Short Term Rental Sales representative to maximize sales within existing customers and generate new business. The ideal candidate will effectively manage relationships and build a strong sales pipeline, engaging with sales teams and providing excellent customer experiences while driving results in the South region.
A dedicated Short Term Rental sales role that is responsible for maximising sales within our existing customer base, whilst generating business with new customers, in line with targets and budget. The role will cover Region South which spans from the Midlands, the south of England, and the South Wales. The role is a hybrid of internal and external sales, and the expectation is that customers and prospects will be visited regularly.
What we offer:· Responsible for identifying, targeting, and converting new customers
· Responsible for maximising sales opportunities within existing customer base
· Successfully build and manage an effective sales pipeline
· Report on key activity to UK&I Asset Director, Regional Asset Directors, and Regional STR Managers
· Engage with sales team and Regional Asset Directors to maximise all sales opportunities
· Responsible for price negotiations and development of customer framework agreements
· Follow up of all new leads
· Ensure customers and prospects are fully aware of our short-term rental offering
· Ensure customers receive the very best customer experience at all times
