ST CATHERINE'S SCHOOL is seeking a hands-on Digital & Video Content Creator in Guildford. The role focuses on creating engaging social media content, photography, videography, and written content to showcase school life, support pupil recruitment, and promote brand values.

You will work under the Director of Marketing to identify and share stories celebrating pupils, staff, and the wider community. The position requires strong creative instincts, content creation skills, and a passion for

Qualifications

• Experience in social media, marketing, communications or content creation.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Strong photography and/or videography skills.
• Experience creating engaging content across multiple social media platforms.
• Basic video editing skills and confidence using Canva.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• A keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of brand consistency.

Responsibilities

• Managing the School's social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Planning, creating and publishing engaging content aligned to the School's brand and values.
• Producing high-quality photography and video content for use across digital platforms.
• Attending school events, trips, performances and activities to capture content and tell compelling stories.
• Creating written content for social media, website news stories, newsletters and promotional materials.
• Supporting the ongoing development and maintenance of website content.
• Monitoring social media engagement and identifying opportunities to grow audience reach and interaction.
• Building strong relationships with staff and pupils to uncover and celebrate stories from across the School community.
