Job summary

Mission Aviation Fellowship (MAF) is seeking a creative Marketing Content Executive to craft audience-focused content that advances fundraising, supporter engagement and our brand.

You will write, edit and tailor content for campaigns, emails, web pages, social media and printed materials, ensuring communications are engaging and on-brand across digital and offline channels. This role offers hybrid working in Folkestone with two days in the office.

Qualifications

• Proven marketing and fundraising copywriting across web, email, social media and print.
• Experience collaborating with Fundraising, Communications and Programmes teams.
• Experience working in an agile framework including scrum and sprint methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with marketing copywriting expertise.
• Ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
• Proficient with project management and content scheduling tools.
• Degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Write, edit and adapt content for campaigns, supporter journeys, emails, web pages, social media and printed materials.
• Develop content for supporter journeys, appeals and stewardship to increase engagement and donor income.
• Support case study development and story gathering.
• Brief designers and videographers where required.
• Set up campaign tracking and accurate tagging across channels.
• Maintain marketing content and support asset register.
• Assist with supporter and fundraising events.
