Salary package: £31,510.25

Job location: Nationwide (any regional office)

Fixed-term contract until 31 May 2026

Position: Stories Marketing Officer

You will be a member of the marketing team, working closely with campaign managers and marketing specialists to implement integrated campaigns across channels (B2B and B2C). Your responsibilities will include delivering, reviewing, and optimizing campaigns, as well as identifying, developing, and sharing compelling story content to support our communications and campaigns. Stories from our community help boost recruitment, enable partnerships with new schools, and showcase our efforts to tackle educational inequality.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Identify and develop engaging stories that support campaign goals.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including external agencies and partners, to ensure content consistency and effectiveness.
  3. Manage story campaigns across different departments and channels, tailoring content for diverse audiences.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships to secure buy-in and support for your projects.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience working in an integrated campaign environment.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Proven storytelling skills with a track record of creating engaging content for various audiences.
  • Experience managing multi-channel story campaigns across departments.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills to gain support and buy-in.
