Job description

Salary package: £31,510.25

Job location: Nationwide (any regional office)

Fixed-term contract until 31 August 2026

As Stories Marketing Officer, you will be a member of the marketing team. You will work closely with a cross-functional team of campaign managers and marketing delivery specialists to implement integrated campaigns across channels (B2B and B2C). Your role will involve delivery, reviewing and optimising campaigns. Specifically, you will identify, gather, develop and share great story content to support and strengthen our communications and campaigns. Stories from our community boost recruitment to our programmes, enable us to partner with new schools and showcase how we campaign to tackle educational inequality.

  • Do you have experience of working in an integrated campaign environment?
  • Do you have experience working in cross-functional teams, including external agencies and partners?
  • Are you a skilled storyteller, who has a track record in finding eye-catching stories and bringing them to life for different audiences?
  • Have you worked on story campaigns that span different departments across an organisation, ensuring that the content you produce is promoted and utilised across different channels for different audiences?
  • Do you have excellent relationship building skills to secure buy-in for your projects?
