We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Stores (Warehouse) Manager to oversee the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of goods. You will be responsible for managing all warehouse operations to ensure optimal stock levels, workplace safety, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and distributing products.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are monitored and replenished.
  • Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff to achieve performance and safety targets.
  • Implement and improve warehouse procedures and systems to optimize productivity.
  • Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile any discrepancies.
  • Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts) as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Warehouse or Stores Manager (minimum 3–5 years preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management procedures and best practices.
  • Proficiency in inventory software, databases, and systems (e.g., ERP or WMS).
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Relevant qualifications in logistics, supply chain management, or business are an advantage.
  • Forklift license or certification is a plus.
