Job description

TDA UK is growing and we are looking for a Stores Support for our Logistics department, located in Slinfold, West Sussex (UK). Would you like to be part of a dynamic team, within an environment where you are not just a number? Are you passionate about aircraft and the aviation industry?

TDA is a supplier of aircraft components, with a primary focus on the purchase and subsequent part-out of aircraft. With over 40 years of industry experience, TDA focuses on providing, loaning, exchanging and repairing high quality commercial aircraft parts worldwide. Since 1982, TDA has established itself as an innovative, multicultural company with a friendly working atmosphere through all levels of our organisation. With an informal but professional way of working, TDA has built strong relationships with its customers, suppliers and other partners. Our team consists of loyal employees who have been with us for many years, often progressing internally to higher positions.

As a key player in our dynamic team, you will be responsible for:
  • Booking and registering aircraft parts in our inventory system
  • Photographing, packing and placing aircraft parts in the designated location
  • Handling requests and enquiries from various departments from our offices located in UK, The Netherlands and USA
  • Loading and unloading shipments
  • Delivering and picking up packages
  • Monitoring and managing the department’s emails
  • Assisting with third-party audits
  • Keeping the warehouse(s) clean every week

What we’re asking for:
  • You are energetic, enthusiastic and eager to learn.
  • You have knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Quantum Control knowledge an advantage but not essential.
  • You hold a valid driver’s licence.
  • You are proficient in English, both spoken and written.
  • You are experienced or have an affinity with the aviation industry.
  • You hold a forklift certificate (or are willing to train/apply to obtain it).
  • Dangerous Goods packing certified an advantage but not essential.
