Overview

My clients are the name that embodies the ultimate quality in rubber and plastics engineering throughout the world. They have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Stores and Shipping Coordinator.

Salary: around £30k DOE

Working hours: 8:00–16:30, Monday to Thursday; 8:00–15:00 on Fridays.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate stores and shipping activities to ensure smooth operation and material flow
  • Book local transport to move materials to sub-contractors
  • Arrange export and import shipping and handle related documentation
  • Maintain health and safety standards in stores
  • Follow procedures for goods booked in and stored
  • Manage incoming materials and keep stock levels accurate
  • Ensure PPE is available and issued according to procedures
  • Keep stores organized and clear
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills and good IT proficiency
  • Drive a valid licence (must drive)
Qualifications and Experience
