A leading fashion retailer in Croydon is seeking a Department Manager to oversee store operations. In this role, you will lead your team to ensure a customer-first experience while analyzing performance metrics and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Candidates should have management experience in a customer-facing environment and a passion for profitability. This is a permanent position offering 39 hours per week.

This is a permanent position offering 39 hours per week. The position is based in the H&M Croydon store in the Centrale Shopping Centre.
